The Launch Tier Plan is designed to give newer practices a simple place to start and grow their business. It includes access to all of MassageBook's core business and marketing tools, with a limit of 3 unique service menu items in your Service Menu. This plan includes each of the features below:

What is the pricing for the Launch Tier Subscription?
The standard rate for the Launch Tier subscription will be $29 a month. AMTA and ABMP members will continue to receive their respective discounts on the Practice Tier pricing.
AMTA Pricing: $21.75 a month
ABMP Pricing: $26.10 a month
I am on the Transition Plan, what is changing for me?
Existing Transition users will be grandfathered into their current plan and can continue to use it as it is used today. The pricing and feature access will not be changed.
How is a Unique Service defined?
A unique service is defined as an individual service menu item, which can include multiple durations. For example, if you offer a 30 min, 60 min, and 90 min duration of a Swedish Massage, that is defined as a single unique service.
Both Services and Series are included within this limit. For example, if you offer 2 services, and 1 Series for one of the available services, this will satisfy your limit of 3.
Will my account automatically be moved to the Launch Tier Subscription?
No existing accounts will be moved to the Launch Plan. Users currently on the Transition Plan will remain on the Transition Plan. If you believe that your Transition Plan was changed, please contact our support team at support@massagebook.com and request your subscription be reviewed.
If I switch from the Transition Plan to the Launch Plan, what will change in my account?
If moving from the Transition Plan to the Launch Plan, you will gain full access to the Marketing features, including Email Campaigns, Gift Certificates, Auto Pilots, and Promotions.
But, your Service Menu will be limited to 3 unique service menu items, and the fee for New Client Referrals through MassageBook's Search Directory will be 30% of the service price.
