What is the pricing for the Clinic Tier Subscription?
The standard rate for the Clinic Tier subscription will be $99 a month. AMTA and ABMP members will continue to receive their respective discounts on the Clinic Tier pricing.
Clinic Tier Price for AMTA members = $74.25
Clinic Tier Price for ABMP members = $89.10
Does my business require the Clinic Tier Subscription?
The Clinic tier is for accounts with two or more service providers set up for active, client-facing bookings. Businesses with only a single provider and additional Support Staff members do not require the Clinic Tier subscription.
I am the Business's sole provider, but have additional staff profiles used for a work-around. Is the Clinic Tier Subscription required?
We recognize there are businesses who have set up multiple staff members for a variety of reasons that aren't true multi-staff businesses. If your business uses additional staff profiles for work arounds or to cover some additional scenario, please contact MassageBook support at support@massagebook.com and our support team can work with you directly.
Will my account automatically be moved to the Clinic Tier Subscription?
All businesses with multiple Active Service Providers will be moved to the Clinic Tier Subscription on 4/21/26. Users with a single provider and additional Support Staff will not be transitioned.
Note: Support Staff will not display options for "Active" or "Online" when viewed in your staff list. If a staff member does not have these options, they can remain in your staff list without the Clinic Tier subscription.
When will my subscription price change?
The new subscription price will be reflected in your first renewal payment after 5/1/26.
I do not want my subscription changed to the Clinic Tier. What should I do?
There are 3 paths to prevent your subscription from being adjusted to the Clinic Tier Subscription:
- Mark all staff as inactive but 1: Deactivating/Activating Staff.
- Delete all staff but 1: Deleting Staff > What Happens When I Delete Staff?
- Adjust all staff but 1 and to "Support staff": Changing Service Providers to Support Staff.
Are the Transition, Simplify, and Amplify Subscription Plans changing?
If you're on the Transition, Simplify, or Amplify plan with a solo or single-provider setup, nothing is changing for you right now.
