At this time, you cannot add an automatic expiration date to Series Credits. However, there is a work-around available involving manually expiring credits over a certain age via the Pre-Sold Series Report.
- Create/adjust Series in your Service Menu to include the expiration information in the Series Title and Description. Something like "Series of 5 - Expires in 1yr".
- Repeat for all of your desired Series.
The end result of these steps will be Series that explicitly communicate the expiration information. What the steps won't accomplish is expiring the Series for you. In order to do that, you'll need to track and expire the credits using the Pre-Sold Series Report and our process for editing credits:
- Select Sales on the blue toolbar.
- Select the Reports tab.
- Select Pre-Sold Series.
- View the Purchase Date on the left to find Series purchased at the end of the expiration period.
- Once you've identified Series that need to be expired, you can remove credits by selecting the Edit button in the # Remaining column.
