At this time, a Series must be Active and Online in your Service Menu for the credits to be booked online by a client. If you wish to no longer offer a series to your clients, but want any client who already purchased the Series to be able to book their Series credits themselves, there are a few options you can consider:
- You can rename the Series to something like "No Longer Offered" and set the price to 0.00.
- This can help discourage other clients from purchasing the Series moving forward, and will allow you to leave the Series Active and Online so that clients with existing credits can still book their credits online.
- Depending on how many clients you have with outstanding credits (utilize the Series report for this under Sales > Pre-Sold Series), you can remove the credits and instead, issue them individual Pre-Sold Service credits or Store Credit in the amount equal to the number of services. This allows them to still achieve the same outcome: Not having to pay for previously paid for Services:
- Editing a client's Series balance
- Adding Store Credit
- Selling a Service or Series Through the Cash Register (be sure to discount the total, since they already paid)
