If the Tap to Pay option is not appearing during checkout, it is likely because either the tap to pay setting has been disabled in your mobile app, or because you are already connected to a physical card reader.
To review current connection, or ensure that the Tap to Pay setting is enabled:
- Select ☰ to open the menu.
- Select App Settings.
- Select Checkout.
- Under Hardware, select MassageBook Pay (the first option) or Square.
If Tap to Pay is not enabled, you will need to select Activate Tap to Pay.
If a physical card reader is already connected, you will need to select to disconnect the existing reader, then select Activate Tap to Pay.
