Once a refund has been processed through MassageBook, it typically takes 3-5 business days for the funds to return to the card used for the purchase. To check the status of a refunded transaction:
- Navigate to your Business profile.
- Select the Sales tab.
- Select Card Payments.
- Search for and select the desired payment.
- Review the Status column of the transaction, or select the transaction to view more details.
Square users will need to sign into your Square account directly and review the payment in your Square transactions list to confirm the status of any processed refund.
