You can view all clients currently added to the Waitlist under the Clients tab in the app. To view clients currently added to the Waitlist:
- Select ☰ to open the menu.
- Select All Clients.
- Select the On Wait List filter at the top of the client list.
The page is automatically sorted by the date the client was added to the Waitlist, with the client added first appearing at the top of the list. The price and duration of the client's preferred service will display on the Waitlist tile along with the date the client was added to the waitlist.
By selecting the Waitlist tile next to a client's name, you are able to:
- View the details of the client's preferred service and staff
- Remove the client from the waitlist
- Send a Cancellation Waitlist email
