You can view all clients currently added to the Waitlist under the Clients tab within your account. To view clients currently added to the Waitlist:
- Select the Clients tab.
- Select the Side menu located to the left of the Client Search box.
- Select Waitlist.
This page is automatically sorted by the date the client was added to the Waitlist, with the client added first appearing at the top of the list.
By selecting the Waitlist tile next to a client's name, you are able to:
- View and Edit the details of the client's preferred service and staff
- Remove the client from the waitlist
- Send a Cancellation Waitlist email
