When a business adds a new staff member to their MassageBook account, that staff member receives an invitation via email. Through that invite the staff member can create a MassageBook account (if needed) and join the business.
To accept the invite:
- Open the invitation email in your email account
- Click Accept Invite
- Confirm the email address and create a password
Note: If you already have a MassageBook professional account, you can follow these instructions instead:
- Open the invite email and click Login
- Enter your email / username and password and navigate to Personal > Dashboard
- In the Items needing your attention widget, select Accept to join the business
Once your MassageBook account has been created, you'll be able to access your Personal Profile and any Business Profiles you've been added to:
It's recommended that you complete your Personal profile as soon as you can. The information entered there will display on your Personal Website and your staff listing with any businesses that you have joined. There are three steps you need to fill out in order to complete the Listing section of your Personal Profile.
In your account, navigate to your Personal Profile and select Listing to complete:
Note: Once each step is complete, the circle around each number will turn green.
The Business Owner of any businesses you've joined can control what you have access to in the Business Profile. Depending on your permissions, you may see any of the following tabs:
The Business Owner can edit permissions as needed to allow staff members to book appointments, create SOAP notes, check out clients, and more.
