If you have received a request to share a client's medical records, appointment history, and payment history, you can download/export any required information from the client's record.
Medical Records
Any previous SOAP Notes can be individually saved as a .pdf file to your device. This file can then be printed or emailed to the requesting party: Saving/Downloading and Emailing a SOAP Note.
Note: Files uploaded to a SOAP Note will need to be downloaded separately.
Intake Forms will also need to be individually downloaded from the client's record into a .pdf file: Saving and Emailing a Complete Intake Form.
Appointment History
There are 2 options available for downloading a client's appointment history:
- You can highlight the "Activity" page within the client's record and copy/paste that information into a spreadsheet software such as Excel or Google Sheets.
- You can go to the "Appointments" report and export it into a spreadsheet software such as Excel or Google Sheets. You would then have to filter it by that client name: Running, Exporting, and Sorting Reports.
Payment History
There are 2 options available for downloading a client's payment history, depending on what is being requested:
- If you need to share itemized receipts for each of the client's transactions, you will need to individually save each desired receipt as a .pdf file: Saving/Printing a Receipt.
- If you simply need a history of their payments to your business, you can run the Income by Payment type report, beginning with the date of the client's first payment, and then export that report into a spreadsheet software such as Excel or Google Sheets. Once in the spreadsheet, you can filter by client name: Running, Exporting, and Sorting Reports.
