If you are actively enrolled in a Membership with a specific business, you can book any available Membership Credits from within your consumer account.
To book a Membership Credit:
- Sign in to your account.
- Select the Memberships tab.
- Select View for the credit you wish to book.
- Click Select for the service you wish to book.
- Select an available Staff.
- Select an available Date.
- Select an available Time.
- Select Looks good - let's check out.
- Check any Add-Ons (optional) and select Continue to proceed.
- Enter Notes to provider (optional).
- Select I agree with the cancellation policy.
As an active Member, you are able to bypass any prepayment requirements set by the business and will not see a payment method page.
If activated by the business, an Appointment Confirmation and Intake Form may be sent to your account's email address.
