To delete a Service from the Service Menu, navigate to your:
- Business Profile.
- Select Setup.
- Select Service Menu.
- Select In-Office Services or Out-Call Services depending on what type you're deleting.
- Select Services.
- Locate the Service you want to delete.
- Select the Trash Can Iconto open the Confirm Delete window.
- Select Delete to complete the task and to return to the Service Menu.
Alternatively, you can delete Adds-ons, Packages, and Series. In step 5, select Add-ons, Packages, or Series instead.
Note:
- All existing appointments for a deleted Service will remain on the Schedule, and you will still be able to check out those appointments to record payment. Or, you can edit the appointment to be for a different, Active Service.
- Any prepaid Services or Series will not be available for booking by the client online if the Service or Series is deleted. You, as the business, will still be able to book the prepaid Services for the client(s).
