If you wish to cancel your account with MassageBook, you can easily cancel your paid plan from directly within your business account, or by contacting our support at support@massagebook.com.
To cancel your plan:
- Navigate to your Business tab.
- Select Settings.
- Select Plans and Billing.
- Choose Cancel Paid Plan.
- Select Confirm Change.
When a Subscription Plan is renewed, it pays for the following month's features. For example, if your next Subscription Renewal Date is January 4th, you will have access to the features on your selected Subscription Plan until February 4th (when your Subscription renews again). For this reason, if you cancel your subscription, your business will continue to have access to its premium features until your next renewal date. When your Subscription Plan renews the following month, it will renew on the Free Plan, and your business will lose access to the premium features, including the Cash Register, Schedule, and Online Booking features.
On the Free Plan, you still have access to the following features:
- Sales Activity and Reports
- Client Records
- SOAP Notes
- Completed Intake Forms
- Personal and Business Setup
You'll be able to log in to your account at any time to access that info.

If you decide to come back to MassageBook in the future, you can upgrade to a paid plan again at any time without losing any information.
