Intake forms will send automatically based on form settings and the client's upcoming appointment. However, you can manually send an Intake Form independent of booking an appointment.
To send a new Intake Form to a Client from their record, navigate to your:
- Business Profile.
- Select Clients to open your list.
- Search for and select the Client to open their record.
- Select the 3 horizontal dots located on the right side of the page.
- Select Intake.
- Select the form you wish to send from the dropdown menu.
- Select Send.
Note: Email Form is only available if the Client has an email address on file in the Details section of their record and if there is at least one active form within Forms & Documents.
