You can save/print a client's receipt (invoice) from various locations in your account. Simply select the Print Receipt button.
Sales Activity:
- Navigate to your Business tab.
- Select Sales.
- Under your Sales Activity, locate the correct invoice for the client. You may need to expand the date range or search for the client by name depending on how long ago the client paid.
- Select Print Receipt at the bottom of the page.
Client List:
- Navigate to your Business tab.
- Select Clients.
- Search for the client and click on their name to open up their client record.
- Select Account. A history of all receipts will display.
- Select View Receipt.
- Select Print Receipt above the top right corner of the receipt.
Business Schedule:
- Navigate to your Business tab.
- Select Schedule.
- Select the checked-out appointment on your Schedule.
- Select Edit.
- Select View Receipt.
- Select Print Receipt below the receipt.
Sales Reports:
- Navigate to your Business tab.
- Select Sales.
- Select Reports.
- Select Income.
- Locate the date and select Details.
- Under the transaction, select Details again.
- Select Print Receipt below the receipt.
Note: To save the receipt as a .pdf file, follow the steps below after selecting "Print Receipt:
Chrome/Firefox on desktop/laptop computer: In the Destination drop-down, select Save as PDF.
Safari on desktop/laptop computer: Select Save as PDF in the drop-down between the Show Details and Cancel buttons.
