Add Action Button Directly through Facebook and Instagram

If you are experiencing trouble setting up your Facebook or Instagram integration from within your MassageBook account, then it may be helpful to initiate the integration directly within your Facebook/Instagram account.

To set up the Facebook integration from within your Facebook account:

1. Log into Facebook, then click your profile photo in the top right.
2. Click See all Profiles, then select the Page you want to switch into.
3. From your Page, click , then click Add Action Button.
4. Select a Book Now, and then select Next.
5. Select Connect Another Tool.
6. Search for and select MB Connect.
7. Select Continue.
8. Select the business you would like to connect to (if you have multiple MB locations).
9. Click Save.
10. Follow the remaining steps by selecting Continue until you have completed setup.

To set up the Instagram integration from within your Instagram account:

1. Open your Instagram mobile app.
2. Navigate to your Business Profile. 
3. Tap Edit Profile.
4. Select Action button.
5. Select Book Now.
6. Select MB Connect.
7. Follow the prompts to complete connection.
