If you have a subscription plan that includes the Insurance Receipts feature, all receipts will display the following information:
- Service Date and Time
- Service Provider's Name
- Service Provider's State License Number
- Service Provider's Unique NPI Number
Clients paying with a flex or HSA card will be able to present a detailed receipt to their employer or insurance company. This feature works retroactively, meaning once the feature is activated, all previous receipts will also display this information.
Notes:
- When selling a prepaid service to a client through the Cash Register, the provider license number will not display on the receipts.
- In order for the receipt to display the license number, the transaction must be checked out through the schedule where a service provider is included in the appointment checked out.
