You are not able to check out two appointments at once. If a client wants to pay for their appointment and another client's appointment at the same time, you can follow these steps:
- Start the checkout process for Client A's appointment.
- In the Cash Register, select Add Service. Select the Service that Client B is receiving.
- Finish the checkout process for Client A.
- Navigate to Client A's record, and remove the Pre-Sold Service Credit. Here's how to do that: Removing a Pre-Paid Service
- Start the checkout process for Client B's appointment.
- Discount the total down to $0. If you'd like, you can enter a discount note explaining how the appointment was paid for.
- Finish the checkout process for Client B.
If a client wishes to Prepay for a future appointment and another client's future appointment at the same time, you can do so following the steps below:
- Navigate to the Cash Register.
- Select Client A as the purchasing client.
- Select Add Service.
- Select the Service Client A wishes to purchase.
- Select Save.
- Select Add Product.
- Enter a product matching the price of the Service for Client B's future appointment.
- Select Save.
- Complete Checkout.
- Navigate back to the Cash Register.
- Select Client B as the purchasing client.
- Select Add Service.
- Select the Service Client B wishes to receive.
- Select Apply Discount and discount the sale down to $0.
- Complete Checkout.
Client A will have made a single payment for both service, and each client will have a prepaid Service Credit on their account that can be applied to a future appointment.
