If after disconnecting the Calendar Sync your Google Calendars do not show in the Calendar Sycn drop-down when reconnecting, your Google Token has broken or been invalidated. A token is like a key that provides us access to the doors of your Google account. When the token breaks or invalidates (which is common), we will be prevented from accessing information within your Google account--such as your Google Calendars.
The solution is to obtain a new token from Google but, in order to do that, the original token must be cleared first. A token can only be cleared by our Success Team, so you will need to contact Support. To learn how to contact our Success Team, please click here.
After your token has been cleared, you will be instructed to proceed with the connection process which will cause Google to issue a new token.
