When a business adds a staff member that has an existing MassageBook Professional Account, that staff member receives an invitation via email to join the business, as well as a prompt in their Personal Dashboard.
To accept an invitation to join a business from your existing Professional account:
- Open the invite email and click Login.
- Enter your email / username and password and select the Personal tab at the top left of your account.
- Select Dashboard.
- In the Items needing your attention widget, select Accept to join the business.
Alternatively, existing MassageBook users can sign into their Professional Account directly and accept the invitation from the "Items needing attention" widget in their Personal Dashboard.
