If you cancel your paid subscription, you'll be transferred to what's called the "Free Plan". On the Free Plan, you still have access to the following features:
- Sales Activity and Reports
- Client Records
- SOAP Notes
- Completed Intake Forms
- Personal and Business Setup
You'll be able to log in to your account at any time to access that info.
You will lose access to the rest of your features, including the Cash Register, Schedule, and Online Booking features.

- Saving and Emailing a Complete Intake Form
- Printing a Receipt
- Running, Exporting and Sorting Reports
If you decide to come back to MassageBook in the future, you can upgrade to a paid plan again at any time without losing any information.
