MassageBook Manager offers a few different ways to book appointments, each with their own benefits. This article will cover a couple different ways to book an Out-Call appointment through the mobile app.
Quick Action Button
The quick action button is located on your Dashboard, Business Schedule, and Personal Schedule (if you have access to more that one business profile in your account).
This is the fastest way to book an appointment as you will be guided through the booking process and will have options to rebook appointments and easily select date and time from your availability. To book from the quick action button, you will follow these steps:

Tap
on your Dashboard, Business Schedule, or Personal Schedule

Choose Book Appointment
- If you have access to multiple businesses, and book from your Dashboard or Personal Schedule, you can choose the business you wish to book.

Search for an existing client, or add a new client
- If you select an existing client, you will see previous appointments and can rebook them with the same service and staff member. Rebooking a past appointment will take you to step 5.

Select a Service
- Out-Call services will display by default with the rest of your services. To just see Out-Call services, click on the Service Type filter and select Out-Call.
- If the client has any pre-paid credits available, those will appear as well.
- Enter the Location
- If the client has an address saved in their client record, you will be able to select that instead of entering a new address.

Select a Date, Time, and Staff
- This can be done in any order. Choose a staff member first to see their availability, or choose a date and time to see which staff member is available at that time.
- The number listed below the date shows how many open slots are available for that date.
- Tap Looks Good once date, time and staff are selected.
- Tap Save on the Book Appointment Page
Schedule
- Select the Day, 3 Day, or Week view.
- Tap within your schedule.
- Select Book Appointment.
- Select the client and staff.
- Select the service.
- Select the Out-Call location.
- Tap Save.
