- Business Profile.

- Select Gift Certificates.
- Select Custom Certificates.
- Uncheck Active to the right of the Custom Certificate you're editing. This prevents the gift from being sold by the Business.

To make it available for the Business but not online for Clients, check Active and uncheck Online. While you can uncheck Active and check Online, this does not simply display the Custom Certificate on your public Gift Certificates page.
