MassageBook does not require a credit card to activate your free 30-day trial of the Practice Plan. At the conclusion of your trial, you will need to either enter your billing information and select a paid plan or allow your subscription to be cancelled.
To ensure that your business does not lose access to premium features that you have enjoyed during your trial, we recommend adding your billing information before your 30 days expire. At the conclusion of your trial, your credit card will be charged the amount of the plan you have selected. To add your Billing Information:
- Select your name in the top right corner of your account.
- Select the name of your business in the dropdown menu.
- Select Edit next to Payment Method
- Enter your card information.
- Select Add.
Note: The credit card number entered here is not used for any purpose other than payment for your monthly Subscription Plan.
If you want to subscribe to a plan other than the Practice Plan, click the Change Plan button and click the Select button under your desired plan. Your feature access will be updated immediately upon selecting a new plan.
