How Do I Redeem a MassageBook Gift Card?

A MassageBook Gift Card can be redeemed towards a Service with any participating Business in the MassageBook Search Directory across the United States. 

If you're the recipient of one, you should've received an email titled "Your MassageBook Gift Card" from MassageBook that includes the gift amount and code. 

To book an appointment and to use your e-gift card:

1. Open "Your MassageBook Gift Card" email. 
2. Select Redeem to go to the MassageBook Search Directory. By default, all Businesses in your area that accept MassageBook Gift Cards will be listed. 
3. Locate and Select a Business you want to book with to open their Business Listing. 
4. Select Book Now to view available Services. 
5. Choose the Service and duration you want to book and Select it. 
6. Select an available Staff. 
7. Select an available Date. 
8. Select an available Time. 
9. Select Next to proceed. 
10. Enter your Email Address. 
11. Select Continue to proceed. 
12. If you have an existing Consumer Account, enter your Password. If you don't, enter your Contact Information to create one. 
13. Select Continue to proceed. 
14. If activated by the Business, check any Add-ons you'd like to include with the Service and select Next. To bypass, select Skip instead.
15. If it's your first time booking under this account with the Business, check either Yes, I'm a first time customer or Nope, I've been here before.
16. Enter Notes to provider (optional). 
17. Select Next to proceed. 
18. Check I agree with the cancellation policy. 
19. Select Next to proceed. 
20. Under Payment Options, select Gift Certificate.
21. Enter the Gift Card Code.
22. Enter the Amount to Apply. 
23. Select Continue to complete booking a new appointment and to advance to the Booking Complete page.

If activated by the Business, an Appointment Confirmation, Intake Form, and receipt maybe sent to your account's email address.

Note:

• If the amount applied in step 22 is less than the cost of the Service, select Prepay Now after step 23 to pay the difference with a credit card. If you select Pay in Person instead, the gift code will need to be applied after the appointment. A gift code cannot be redeemed online unless the total due is recorded at that time. 
• Each Business has control over Payment Options. If the gift doesn't cover the cost of the Service, you may be required to prepay the difference to confirm the appointment 
• If the MassageBook Gift Card that is redeemed is valued at more than the cost of the Service, the balance will remain under the card's gift code and can used towards another Service at a later date.
