You have the ability to resend Review Request emails to clients. In order to do so, the following criteria (that all reviews are subject to) must be met:
- Reviews must be turned on for the business.
- The appointment must not already have a completed and saved review.
- The client must not have a review on file for that same Service Category.
- Navigate to your Business tab.
- Select Schedule.
- Locate the checked out appointment.
- Select Edit.
- Select Resend Review Request to resend the review request to the client's email inbox.
- If the review request is scheduled to send but has not been sent yet, the button will display the number of days remaining for it to send. Selecting the box will force send the review request.
- If the appointment is not eligible for a review because there is already one on file for the client, the button will display a message that a review has already been filled out. You will not be able to send a review request in this case.
