How Do I Print or Resend a Gift Certificate That I Purchased?

Once you purchase a gift certificate from a business who uses MassageBook, you will find the information about the purchase within the Credits section of your account. If you need to print the gift certificate or send it again to a recipient, you can follow the steps below:

1. Visit www.massagebook.com/login/pu and sign into your MassageBook account.
2. Click the Credits tab at the top of the page.
3. View the Gift Certificates section.
4. To print the Gift Certificate click Print beside the code shown and follow the prompts that appear within the printer dialog window that appears.
5. To email the Gift Certificate click Email. If needed, you can change the email address that is shown, and click Send.

Note: These options will only appear for gift certificates that have not yet been redeemed. Once a gift certificate has been redeemed with the business it was purchased from, the option to print or email will no longer be available.
