You can view and resend receipts from various locations in the MassageBook Manager app.
Business Schedule
- Open the App Menu in the top left corner of the app.
- Select Schedule.
- Select a checked out appointment on the schedule.
- Select the receipt icon in the green "Checked Out" banner at the top of the Booking Details page.
- If the appointment was prepaid, you can view the original payment receipt by selecting the receipt icon next to the name of the service on the following page.
- Select the 3 dots in the top right corner of the receipt.
- Select Resend Email.
- Select Send.
Client List
- Open the App Menu in the top left corner of the app.
- Select All Clients.
- Search for and select the client record you wish to view.
- Select the Appointments tab.
- Select the "All Upcoming" filter to adjust the date range.
- Select All past.
- Select a checked out appointment.
- Select the receipt icon in the green "Checked Out" banner at the top of the Booking Details page.
- If the appointment was prepaid, you can view the original payment receipt by selecting the receipt icon next to the name of the service on the following page.
- Select the 3 dots in the top right corner of the receipt.
- Select Resend Email.
- Select Send.
