MassageBook helps you keep no-shows to a minimum (and your income to a maximum) with a series of well-timed automated messages that notify clients of their upcoming appointments.
Each client immediately gets a booking confirmation email with the need-to-know details, including the date, time, service, service provider, location, and any other pre-arrival instructions you need to include. They can even cancel or reschedule on their own up to 24 hours before.
Even better, you can choose to send email and text reminders up to two days before the appointment to help even your most forgetful clients show up on time.
To customize your automated messages:
- Sign in to the desktop version of your account
- Go to Settings
- Select Outgoing Messages
- Select Client Messages
Clients who pay in advance are even more committed to keeping their appointment times. If you're looking for another way to reduce no-shows, you can always make prepayment a requirement for anyone booking online.
To make prepayment a requirement for new and/or existing clients:
- Go to Settings
- Select Online Booking Rules
- Select Prepayment Rules
