The brand of device--Apple, Dell, HP, Samsung, etc--is not that critical. What matters the most is that the device you choose to use is running an operating system version that we officially support.
At this time, Massagebook officially supports the following operating systems versions on Desktop/Laptop Computers:
- Windows 8
- Windows 10
- Big Sur
- High Sierra
- El Capitan

- To be clear, if you do not see your operating system listed above we make no guarantee that Massagebook will work for you in any manner.
- If you do not see your operating system listed above, our Support Team cannot troubleshoot technical issues. If you are experiencing a technical issue while using an operating system we don't support, your first step is to upgrade your operating system to something we support. In all likelihood, your technical issue will no longer be present following the upgrade. If the technical issue remains after upgrading, please feel free to contact Support for assistance.
- We do not consider any operating system, other than those listed above, when designing and implementing software updates. This means that, for instance, some new backend technology we implement to further improve or optimize a feature may not be compatible with your operating system and cause Massagebook to cease working for you.
- If you do not see an operating system(s) listed above, it is because it/they are out of date to the point that we cannot justify dedicating development resources to supporting them.
