Travel Time is the amount of time you need blocked off on your Schedule before and after an Outcall appointment.
Default times are added in Outcall Settings.
The default times are added to all Outcall Services, but you can adjust them as needed.
To edit Travel Time on when booking an Appointment:
- Open the Mobile App.
- Select Schedule.
- Select the + button at the top right.
- Select the desired Appointment.
- Change Office Appointment to Outcall Appointment.
- Select the Client.
- Select the Service.
- Select the Date and Time.
- Select the Staff Member.
- If the Client's does not already have an address on file, select their Location.
- Select Options.
- Select Travel Time Buffers.
- Update the Travel Time Before and/or Travel Time After as desired.
- Select Save.
- Select Book Appointment.
To adjust Travel Time after an appointment has been booked:
- Open the Mobile App.
- Select Schedule.
- Select the desired Appointment.
- Select Edit.
- Select Options.
- Select Travel Time Buffers.
- Update the Travel Time Before and/or Travel Time After as desired.
- Select Save.
- Select Modify Appointment.
