Can I use MassageBook with my existing website?
Yes you can! With a subscription to the Simplify or Amplify plan, you will gain access to our website integration tools which will allow you to add a Book Now button or a booking page to your existing website. That way clients can be directed to your MassageBook site to finish booking their appointment online.

Can I import my client list into MassageBook?
Another yes! Simply export your client list from the software you are currently using (into a .csv file) and you can easily import it into your MassageBook account.

Is the Transition plan really free for a year?
You bet! When you create an account, we automatically start you on a free 30-day trial of the Amplify Plan (no credit card required). This gives you access to every feature and lets you fully explore MassageBook’s all-in-one practice management solution at no cost.
If you don't choose a premium plan by the end of your Amplify trial, or simply aren't ready to pay for a subscription, you'll automatically be placed on the Transition Plan. This gives you access to the basic features free for a year from the date you joined MassageBook, but you can still upgrade to a premium plan at any time you’d like.

What's the difference between a basic SOAP Note and a Premium SOAP Note?
The simplest answer is: quite a lot! Basic SOAP notes allow you to see an anatomical view of the body and enter text within the SOAP fields. Premium SOAP Notes though, allow you to write notes and draw directly on the anatomical view, copy a client's previous note, and use auto-fill features so MassageBook can write the note for you.

Can I connect my existing Square account to MassageBook?
Yep! Sure can! Connecting to Square within MassageBook allows clients to prepay for their appointments and purchase gift certificates online. You will also see an option for Square when checking out appointments so clients can pay through Square in office as well. Note: MassageBook and Square integration is available for mobile devices (phone/tablet) with the Square Point of Sale installed and connected to a Square reader. MassageBook does not integrate with the Square Terminal.
