Minimize Gaps: This feature provides an intelligent online booking experience to minimize time on your schedule where appointments cannot be booked. You can learn more here: How Minimize Gaps Works
Availability Changes: With the above updates, Availability is more intelligent now as well. You can now set availability to be from the start of the first appointment that can be booked, to the end of the last appointment that can be booked. You will no longer need to account for prep/recovery time at the beginning and end of your availability. If you need to edit your availability, you can do so through these steps: Edit Recurring Availability
The following bugs were fixed in this release
- "Rate Limit Exceeded" appearing for non-credit card payments. As a method of fraud prevention, the message will still display if an excess of credit card charges are attempted during a limited amount of time.
- Booking confirmation email not sending when an add-on was booked with the appointment.
- Issues booking outcall appointments for Canadian businesses.
- Client does not receive cancellation confirmation when cancelling online.
