To edit a client's in a Membership credit balance, navigate to your:
- Business Profile.
- Select Clients to open your list.
- Search for and select the Client to open their record.
- Under the Credits tab, locate Membership Credits.
- Locate the Membership and Service group where you want to adjust the number of credits remaining and select Edit.
- Use the + or - buttons to increase or decrease the remaining credit balance.
- Enter a Reason for Adjustment.
- Select Save.
