Yes, you need a Business Profile on Google in order to accept online bookings through Reserve with Google.
Your Business Profile on Google appears in Google Search, Google Maps, and the Reserve with Google website, and Clients can book with you through those places.
If your MassageBook Business Listing is online in the MassageBook Search Directory and you allow new Clients to book through it, you're automatically eligible to receive bookings through your Business Profile on Google once the setting is activated in the Booking Rules section of your MassageBook Business Profile.
Note: Out-call only businesses will not be able to use our Reserve with Google integration. Google requires that both your Google My Business account and MassageBook account have a matching, publicly displayed business address.
