Prepaid appointments cannot be canceled or modified through Google.
Just like managing an appointment in MassageBook, it must be outside of 24 hours before the upcoming appointment in order to cancel or reschedule through Google.
Note: If a Client books through Reserve with Google, the appointment is added to their corresponding MassageBook account. Appointments can be canceled or modified directly through MassageBook. Appointments booked directly through MassageBook cannot be managed by Google.
