While we find that Reserve with Google is a great way to bring in clients, there can be a higher element of no shows. With prepayment requirements, you will ensure that you are paid for the appointment no matter what.
Prepayment through Reserve with Google will be possible as long as you are connected to Square or Stripe for payment processing. Prepayment is required and cannot be changed. Settings under Prepayment Rules only apply to Clients booking directly through MassageBook.
