The Automated Birthday Greeting Autopilot delivers well wishes to a Client on the morning of their birthday. 

By creating a Service Promo for this Autopilot, you can celebrate your Clients' birthdays all year round by giving them a thoughtful gift from your Business. 

 To create an Birthday Greeting Service Promo:

  1. Create a Promotion for a Service
    • Title: A Little Something for You on Your Special Day
    • Description: Your wellness is our business, so cheers to another year of health and happiness! We're here to help you get it started off right. Book your next appointment today and receive $10 off for your birthday visit! 
    • Add Deals:
      • Select your two most popular Services.
      • Select all durations for each.
      • Enter a $10 discount for each. 
    • Dates & Times:
      • Start it on January 1st, 2019. 
      • End it on December 31st, 2019. 
      • Enter January 31st, 2020 for the redeem by date. Clients who receive it in December 2019 will still see available booking times through January 2020. 
      • Allow it to be booked during any available times.
