A Service Promo can only be booked online by a Client or sold through the Cash Register by the Business.
A Service Promo is not available for selection when booking a new appointment for a Client on the Schedule.
To book a Service Promo for a Client on the Schedule:
- Sell it to the Client through the Cash Register. The Service will be stored in the Credits section of the Client's record for booking on the Schedule.
- Book it as a new appointment or apply it to an already booked appointment.
Alternatively, book the Client for the standard Service and apply a discount during checkout so that the total due equals the Service Promo's price.
