Why Am I Unable to Book a Specific Service or Series in the App?

In order to select a Service or Series when booking an appointment in MassageBook Mobile, you must be assigned to it in the Staff section of your Business Profile in the desktop version. 

If you don't see a Service or Series as available for selection in MassageBook Mobile, go to the desktop version of your account and navigate to your:

  1. Business Profile. 
  2. Select Setup
  3. Select Staff
  4. Select the Staff's Settings (or Name) to open Staff Details. 
  5. Select Services
  6. Check the Service or Series and any Durations.
  7. Select Save to apply the changes and to return to the Staff page.

Back in MassageBook Mobile, you will be able to select the newly assigned Service or Series.

Note: If you are Staff of a Business, your Permissions must include Setup in order to assign Services. If you're unable to do so in your account, contact the Business Owner account that manages the Business Profile to assign on your behalf.
