Booking a Recurring Appointment

To book a recurring appointment in MassageBook Mobile:

1. Sign in to the MassageBook Mobile app to open your Dashboard.  
2. Select Schedule. 
3. Select + in the top right corner to open the Add New menu. 
4. Select Appointment to open New Appointment. 
5. Fill in the appointment details (Client, Service, etc). Note: When picking a date and time, select when you want to book the first appointment. 
6. Select Options. 
7. Select Recurring Appointment.
8. Enter a quantity in Repeats Every for how often it repeats. 
9. Select the Day(s) / Week(s)/Month(s)dropdown to specify if the quantity is days or weeks. 
   1. When Month(s) is selected, an additional drop down will appear that provides options for repeating the appointment on a specific week of the month, or a specific date of the month.
10. If it ends after a number of appointments, enter X amount in Ends After Appointments. If it ends after a date, select Ends After Date to choose a date.
11. Select Save to set the recurrence. 
12. Select Book Appointment to book all appointments in the recurrence and to return to the Schedule. 

For example, if booking an appointment that happens every other week for eight sessions, enter Every 2 Weeks and Ends After 8 Appointments. 

Note:

• If booking a Series, Ends automatically defaults to After and applies how many sessions are available in the Series. 
• You cannot create a recurrence that extends beyond a year.
