By default, Staff are automatically assigned to perform all Services in your Service Menu when added to your Business.
To adjust which Services are assigned per Staff, navigate to your:
- Business Profile.
- Select Setup.
- Select Staff.
- Select the Staff's Settings (or Name) to open Staff Details.
- Select Services.
- Check or uncheck provided Services and Durations.
- Select Save to apply the changes and to return to the Staff page.
- When booking online, Clients can only choose Staff who are assigned to the selected Service.
- When booking on the Schedule in the desktop version, you can choose Staff who are not assigned to the selected Service.
- When booking in MassageBook Manager, you can choose Staff who are not assigned to the selected Service. However, you will be notified of the Service conflict in case you'd like to change the Staff or Service before completing the booking.
- Staff can assign Services to themselves and other Staff.
