Rebooking a Past Service Online as a Client

You can rebook a past Service from within your Client account to quickly book a new appointment with the same Service Provider. 

To rebook a Service:

  1. Sign in to your account
  2. Locate the Service under Past Appointments
  3. Select Rebook Service to go to Booking Details.
  4. Select an available Date
  5. Select an available Time
  6. Select Next to proceed. 
  7. Enter Notes to provider (optional). 
  8. Select Next to proceed. 
  9. Check I agree with the cancellation policy
  10. Select Next to proceed. 
  11. Select your preferred Payment Option to complete rebooking and to advance to the Booking Complete page:
    • If you want to pay in advance, select Prepay Now > enter Credit Card Information > Make Payment.
    • If you want to pay after the appointment, select Pay in Person.
    • If you're paying with a Gift Certificate, select Gift Certificate > enter the Gift Certificate Code and Amount > Continue.

If activated by the Business, an Appointment Confirmation and receipt maybe sent to your account's email address.
