Editing an Appointment to Use a Prepaid Service or Series

If a Client is booked for a new Service or Series but has an available prepaid Service or Series on file, you can edit the appointment to use a credit instead.

To do so, navigate to your:

  1. Business Profile. 
  2. Select Schedule
  3. Locate the appointment you need to edit. 
  4. Select the appointment block to open the side menu. 
  5. Select Edit to open the appointment details. 
  6. Select Edit
  7. Choose the Select service dropdown. 
  8. Scroll to the top of the dropdown menu to locate any available credits. 
  9. Select the credit to use. 
  10. Select Save to apply the change and to return to the Schedule. 
  11. Check out the appointment, and it will show that $0 is due.
