Resetting Your Professional Account's Password

Forgot your password? No problem!

You can request a new one on the Sign In page. 

To get started, go here

  1. Select Forgot your password? underneath the Login button. 
  2. Enter your Email Address
  3. Select Send Password Reset to send a request to your email address. 
  4. Check your inbox and open the Password Reset Request email from The MassageBook Team. 
  5. Select Reset Password
  6. Enter your new password into Password.
  7. Enter it again into Confirm Password.
  8. Select Change Password to complete the change and to return to the Sign In page.
