When clients book online and prepay for an appointment, a receipt is immediately generated when the payment is processed. This appointment will then display as "Prepaid" on your schedule, and no additional balance will be due when the appointment is checked out.
When the prepaid appointment is checked out on the schedule, an additional receipt is generated to record the redemption of the prepaid service. This is the $0 receipt that you see after checkout.
If you wish to view the receipt that was generated at the time the client initially prepaid for their appointment, you can do so by viewing the "$0 receipt" generated at checkout and selecting the additional receipt icon located to the right of the service:
This receipt will reflect the date of the original payment, as well as any prepaid tip amount and the total amount the client paid during online booking.
