If clients are booking appointments outside of your availability, there are 2 likely reasons:
- Additional availability has been added under Modified Availability.
- You have updated your available hours under "Business Hours" rather than the Staff Scheduler.
You can review and remove any incorrect "Modified Availability" blocks from your schedule by following the steps here: Removing One-Off Availability Per Staff.
If you do not have any modified availability blocks created within your account, then you will need to check and confirm that the recurring availability on the Staff Scheduler reflect your desired days and times.
