You can easily add, edit, and delete Client records in the Clients tab of the MassageBook Manager mobile app. You can find the steps to adding, editing, and deleting a client's record below:
Adding a new Client:
- Tap the main menu in the upper left corner of the app.
- Tap Clients.
- Tap the + icon in the bottom right corner.
- Fill out the fields and tap Save.
Editing a Client's record:
- Tap the main menu in the upper left corner of the app.
- Tap Clients.
- Tap directly on a Client's name to open their record.
- Tap the Edit button in the bottom right corner.
- Make any changes needed and tap Save.
Deleting a client's record:
- Tap the main menu in the upper left corner of the app
- Tap Clients
- Tap on the circle icon to the left of the Client's name
- Tap the trash can icon in the top right corner
- Tap Delete
Notes:
- You can select multiple Clients to delete more than one at a time.
- A Client cannot be deleted if they have any accounting activity with your Business. If you're unsure, open the Client's record and select the Activity tab. The record cannot be deleted if a receipt is connected to any appointment in their activity.
- If a Client has no accounting activity but does have booking activity, all past and future appointments will be removed from the Schedule if the record is deleted.
- If the Client cannot be deleted but wants to be removed from Marketing emails, deactivate their message settings.
