By default, each Business Profile is limited to charging $500 per card per day. This is part of MassageBook's fraud prevention efforts to help protect your Business.
If you have items in your Service Menu that exceed $500, you can request an increase by emailing support@massagebook.com or calling 843-352-2026.
If approved, your limit will be increased based on your Business's needs. In return, this puts the responsibility on your Business to take the best course of action to ensure that you do not encounter fraud when accepting credit cards.
