Viewing client Birthdays

Adding a client's birthday to their client record in your Client List allows you to send an automated Happy Birthday greeting to the client on their birthday. You may also want to keep track of client's birthdays for variety of reasons.

Viewing an individual client's birthday in your Client List:

  1. Navigate to your Business tab.
  2. Select Clients
  3. Search for the client and click on their name to open up their client record.
  4. View the birthday under the Details tab.

Viewing Birthdays for select clients in your Client List:

  1. Navigate to your Business tab.
  2. Select Clients.
  3. Select Filter. Zero results will display until you've selected filtering criteria.
  4. In the Filter by drop-down menu, select the criteria for Client birthday.  
  5. Enter the span of days in the field marked is within X days.
  6. Select Add to apply the filter.
  7. Select Remove to clear out criteria that you've added and start over.



  8. Select Email to open up your Campaigns and send the selected clients an e-mail.
  9. Select Download to export the clients and their details to a CSV file.



Viewing Birthdays for all clients in your Client List:

  1. Navigate to your Business tab.
  2. Select Clients
  3. Select the drop-down arrow next to Add Client.
  4. Select Export client file.



  5. All client records and their details will be exported to a CSV file, and included will be a column for birthdays.

Viewing Birthdays for select clients in your Campaigns section:

  1. Navigate to your Business tab.
  2. Select Marketing.
  3. Select the New Campaign button.
  4. Choose a Template.
  5. Click the Selected Clients button.
  6. Select Add Criteria and choose Client's Birthday from the drop-down.
  7. Enter the desired number of days that the birthday falls within.
  8. Select Apply and view the results.
